Brad who always answers the phone has great attitude and he knows his job . Thomas who is our State Farm agent is also very friendly and knows his job too. I even talked story with him at his office and I felt very comfortable with him . I’ve been with this Aiea office with Thomas being out third agent, my other two agents retired or passed away . I ‘ve been with this Aiea location since I was 15 years old and I’m 66 now. I have all my insurance needs with Thomas.
